Every day we had updates, we worked with Michael's team which was fantastic. You know, I could come in and say, what can I expect over the next day or two? And I'd come back, and I'd traveled for work and I'd come back and three or four days later, what they told me would be done and then some.

Giving that we back onto a natural conservation area, there's lots of regulatory issues that disallowed us to build what we wanted to build or where we wanted to build. Michael actually went with us to the conservation authority, he went through the whole process of permitting, and got through exactly what we wanted.

Michael's very personable, I found he was here on a regular basis checking on the project. He has a level of comfort and calming way to approach us. I felt like he was more a friend than somebody we hired.

We knew we were in good hands, and we knew that Michael would help us step by step work through those challenges, and he did. He pulled through on everything he promised.
