I think that for me, he was always consistent, always on time, always communicating well with us, and he was just very easy to work with.

My husband Perry and I had a vision of how we saw this renovation to go, and it was clean, contemporary lines, more of a design that was around a softness but also a contemporary look.

A big strength was that they were really good troubleshooters, and that was really important because we completely gutted our place, and you have to go back and retrofit, so when there's issues that came up, he was always anticipating those issues, and that's what I really found with Michael was really helpful.
