The price was competitive, the quality is beyond what we've seen. We've been experienced with a number of other builders because we've done a few renovations, and Michael's surpasses any quality we had before, by far.

He was able to combine the older section with the new section, which we fully renovated, had taken down to the floor, and made it seamless from one room into the other. I'm so pleased as I sit here and look out at the beautiful view and all that's been created, and I feel like it's superior craftsmanship.
